Connecting 4 Justice International (C4JI) unites community in a safe and empowering space to advance advocacy, education, and healing. We work to reduce trauma, strengthen families, and promote positive reintegration for those impacted by the criminal justice system—ultimately reducing recidivism and driving systemic change.
How We Create Change
HOW WE WORK WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
Through our conference and community outreach we engage correctional staff and leadership in restorative practices, trauma-informed training, and solutions that promote safety, dignity, and better outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
HOW WE WORK WITH EDUCATORS
Through our conference and community outreach we collaborate with schools, colleges, and educators to share research, develop inclusive curricula, and support justice-impacted students and families through awareness and empowerment.
HOW WE WORK WITH OTHER NONPROFITS
Through our conference and community outreach we build coalitions with mission-aligned organizations to amplify impact, share resources, and advance holistic, community-driven solutions to criminal justice challenges.

Through our conference and community outreach we work with employers to promote fair-chance hiring, reduce stigma, and build pathways to meaningful employment for formerly incarcerated individuals.

Through our conference and community outreach we support veterans impacted by incarceration through trauma-informed care, peer connection, and access to services that honor their experiences and promote healing.

We empower community leaders to be catalysts for change by providing tools, training, and a platform to amplify local voices and implement restorative, community-based solutions to justice issues.
