A Conference Built Around Connection, Learning & Collaboration

Collaboration at Sea brings together people and organizations working to strengthen families, communities, and systems impacted by incarceration. Over five days, participants will have opportunities to learn, connect, share ideas, and build relationships in a setting designed for meaningful collaboration.

The experience combines conference training, networking, group meals, shared activities, and time to connect informally while traveling from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas. Each day is designed to create space for new conversations, practical learning, and stronger partnerships.

Full-Day Conference at Sea

A full day dedicated to conference programming, learning, conversation, and deeper collaboration while at sea.

Arrival at CocoCay Private Island with networking, free time, conference training, and collaborative activities throughout the day.
